How Fast Does Hair Loss Medication Work?
I’m starting to experience [tag]hair loss[/tag] and would really like my hair to thicken in a few months using proven treatments. Is this possible?
[tag]Hair restoration[/tag] is a process that takes time. Even proven non-surgical [tag]hair loss treatments[/tag] aren’t guaranteed and only very rarely [tag]regrow hair[/tag] in completely [tag]bald[/tag] areas. Thickening of miniaturizing hair follicles may and will most likely occur if the [tag]Propecia[/tag] ([tag]finasteride[/tag]) and [tag]Rogaine[/tag] ([tag]minoxidil[/tag]) is effective. However, this can take up to a year of continued use.

Linda,
If your hair is thinning due to menopause, it’s possible that it will grow back after this transitional period. You are encouraged to speak with your physician about the best ways to cope with menopause and minimize hair loss during this transition. For more information, visit “Menopause and Hair Loss“.
