Is it Possible to use Someone Else’s Donor Hair for a Hair Transplant?
Is it possible to use someone else’s [tag]donor hair[/tag] for a [tag]hair transplant[/tag] to correct my [tag]hair loss[/tag] condition?
I’m sorry to say that this is not possible, at least, not at this time.
Studies have been conducted by some [tag]hair restoration[/tag] physicians but it has been found that the [tag]transplanted hair[/tag] does not grow when donor hair is borrowed from another patient. The body rejects it, similarly as to how a body might reject a transplanted organ. The only possibility of this working might be if you borrowed donor hair from an identical twin. Of course, since he / she would have the same [tag]balding[/tag] as you, they would most likely want to use their hair for their very own hair transplant.
