Are Natural Alternatives to Propecia Legitimate?

The FDA approved [tag]Propecia[/tag] ([tag]finasteride[/tag]) works to [tag]stop hair loss[/tag] by inhibiting [tag]DHT[/tag], the hormone responsible for genetic [tag]male pattern baldness[/tag].   Some “all natural” solutions have also been said to inhibit DHT, and therefore, have been said to treat male pattern baldness.   But are claims made about herbal alternatives to [tag]treat baldness[/tag] legitimate?   What clinical studies exist to support these claims?
