What Percentage of Prospective Hair Transplant Patients Are Ineligible for Surgery?

Approximately what percentage of [tag]hair transplant[/tag] patients who come into your office do you have to turn down?

I’d say that for about 30-35% of my consults I discourage undergoing [tag]hair restoration[/tag] surgery. That doesn’t mean, however, that there is no alternative.

Between the various topical [tag]hair loss[/tag] medications that exist and [tag]platelet-rich plasma[/tag] ([tag]PRP[/tag]) therapy, there are numerous methods to improve a man’s or woman’s [tag]hair growth[/tag] status.
