Hello. I wanted to ask you if [tag]Finpecia[/tag], the generic version of [tag]Propecia[/tag] is just as effective for [tag]hair loss[/tag] as the brand name. How can I be sure?
Assuming you are buying Finpecia from a legitimate resource and it contains the same quantity of the active ingredient [tag]finasteride[/tag] in Propecia, it will be just as effective in stopping hair loss. Be careful of buying medication online. Whereas several online pharmacies may be legit, there are horror stories of patients buying what they thought was finasteride and ended up being something entirely different.

I used tugain earlier, but my doc told me to use kera xl,i've been using it from 3 months.is kera xl is as effective as tugain
Kishar,
Finasteride is not only for hair transplant patients. In fact, it's not necessary to maintain hair growth of the transplanted grafts.
Any male suffering from androgenic alopecia (genetic hair loss) should discuss Propecia (finasteride 1mg) with their physician. Propecia and Rogaine (minoxidil) are the only two clinically proven and FDA approved medical hair loss treatments.

Please tell me friends its only used hair plantation are any hair fall persons used it
Shiven,
If you buy legitimate Finpecia that contains finasteride, it should work as effectively as Propecia for hair loss.

Keagan,
Let me see if I can address some of your questions:
1. No, finasteride (the active ingredient in Finpecia) should not lower overall body testosterone. Technically, the drug only stops the conversion from testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) the hormone that directly causes hair loss. By this logic, it could actually increase testosterone levels. According to recommended hair transplant surgeon Dr. Robert Bernstein, it increases the level of testosterone in the blood (on average) by 9%.
2. I'd personally consult with your physician before a. beginning a regimen of steroids in general and b. mixing steroids with a medication that interacts with a pathway involved with testosterone in the body.
3. I believe Finpecia would be considered a performance enhancing drug because, as I stated in part 1, it can actually increase testosterone levels in the blood.
Hope this helps!

i just want to ask that it`s work or not?
Evening,
Im currently using Finpecia and have so for 6months, my hair is alot thicker and growing much better. My hair was thinning and I was becoming bald,my baldness wasn't from any medicine or drug induced side effects, but a family trait. I really have seen the results in a short time, but with the advantages of the product, I've being reading alot into it, because I've experienced no side effects, but would like to ask a couple of questions, because im very curious, please can you answer them,
1) Does Finpecia lower overall body testosterone?
2) Can Finpecia be taken while on steroids?
3) Why is it a performance enhancing drug ?
Thank you so much,
