k,

Hair restoration physicians typically provide their own, specific post-operative care instructions. While it’s always best to check with your doctor for his or her shampooing instructions, as a general guide, you can follow the steps in the following article from our Hair Loss Q&A Blog:

<a title="Permanent Link: How Should I Wash My Hair After a Hair Transplant?" href="../hair-transplant-surgery/washing-hair-after-hair-transplant/" rel="nofollow">How Should I Wash My Hair After a Hair Transplant?</a>

bahmanpour,

I'm not sure I understand your question. Other than the initial healing period, you are free to have sex as often and frequent as you'd like. The donor healing period in particular for FIT is typically shorter. Just use caution the first week and don't let anyone handle your precious grafts.

Best wishes,
