The Role of Hair Transplant Techs in Delivering Excellent Results

And though it’s the surgeons who are prescreened and ultimately approved for recommendation on the Hair Transplant Network, a hair transplant physician is only as good as his/her technicians.
Today’s state of the art hair replacement procedures could never be performed by one person. A qualified physician requires and experienced and dedicated team of assistants to properly dissect and carefully place grafts into recipient sites.
A physician however, must be responsible at all times not only for their own skill and technique, but for what goes on under his/her supervision. This includes properly training and managing staff. If even one hair restoration technician is out of sync, a patient’s results can suffer dramatically and will inevitably and rightfully fall back on the physician.
