shahid,

If your goal is to shave your head completely down, I don't believe hair transplant surgery is for you. While FUE can produce only minimal scarring, scarring in the form of tiny, white dots will remain behind in areas hair was extracted from.

And while 500 grafts may help you meet your goals for now (depending on your level of hair loss), what will you do if/when hair loss continues?

I always encourage those who want to shave their head just to do it and accept their hair loss. However, if you want to grow and keep your hair longer, surgical hair restoration may be an option for you. You may want to consult with a few leading hair restoration physicians to go over your options. To see a list of surgeons we, recommend, click here.

Best wishes,
