Without knowing in particular which products you&#039;re referring to, just know that there are a number of so called herbal and organic hair loss treatments making bold but unsubstantiated claims of hair regrowth.  To date, only Propecia (finasteride - men only) and Rogaine (minoxidil) are proven and FDA approved treatments to stop hair loss.  If your hair loss is genetic, you may want to consider these two solutions.
